Podium Presenter Guidelines

1. Presentation Time

Plenary Lecture/ Symposia 10~12 min. (QnA after all presentations)
Best Paper 7 min. & 3 min. QnA
Free Paper 5 min. (QnA after all presentations)

2. Presentation File Format

  • -Presentation File should be prepared as an MS PowerPoint file or PDF format. If you have any other types of presentation files, please inform our staff in the Preview Room in advance.
  • -Ratio of Slide: 16:9
  • -Font: Use a common Font (Example: Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman, etc.)
  • -Video: Please save the original video file on the USB together

3. Submitting the Presentation File

  • -Please submit your presentation file to the Preview Room at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled session to ensure the files function correctly in the given environment.
  • -As for your presentation file, please visit the Preview Room with your USB.

4. Preview Room

  • -Location: 3F, Lobby
  • -Operation Hours: 07:00 - 17:00, during the meeting
  • -If your file contains video or sound, please inform our staff and check the system in advance.

5. Equipment

  • -A monitor, mouse and smart pointer will be provided on the podium for speakers.
  • -There is no keyboard on the podium.
  • -If you wish to present with your own laptop, please inform our staff in the Preview Room in advance for testing in the session room.
  • If the laptop you want to connect to is a MAC, we ask to bring your own MAC Gender Changer.

6. Note

  • -Official Laugnuage: English
  • -Please be seated in the front row SPEAKERS 10 minutes before the session starts.
  • -The presentation time is different for each session time, so please check the informed time.
