Abstract Submission

The abstract submission guidelines for ISASS AP 2023 are intended to provide clear instructions for submitting an abstract. Please carefully review the guidelines as below before submitting your abstract.

1. Key Dates

  • -Abstract Submission Opens: August 1, 2022
  • -Abstract Submission Deadline: May 1, 2023
  • -Extended Abstract Submission Deadline: May 31, 2023
  • -Notification of Acceptance: June 29, 2023
  • -Presenter Registration Deadline: July 14, 2023

  • Step 3 Select the preferred presentation type and topic
  • Step 4 Complete the abstract and author information
  • Step 5 Save and review until the deadline
  • Step 6 Check confirmation letter of your submission

3. Abstract Submission

① Presentation Types

Podium Presentation E-Poster Presentation Invited Symposium
  • Authors may choose their presentation preference, but the scientific committee will review for final session assignment. Presenters will be notified of their presentation type by email on June 29, 2023.

③ Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • -Free Format for Invited & Symposium speakers
  • -All abstracts must be submitted online via the "Online Submission System by May 31, 2023.
  • -Abstracts must be written in clear English and presented in English.
  • -Abstracts should be no more than 500 words, excluding abstract title and authors.
Title The title should be concise.
Authors and Institution All responsible authors should be listed in full names. The degree and position of the authors are not required.
Background State the main objective of the study or hypothesis tested.
Methods Briefly describe the design of the study and how it was conducted.
Results Present the main result(s). The statement of "The study results will be presented" is not acceptable.
Conclusions State only the conclusion(s) that is (are) directly supported by the results.
  • -Figures can be uploaded.
  • -It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
  • -Authors have the option of choosing their presentation type. However, the scientific program committee will make the final decision after review.

4. Notification of Acceptance

  • -All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee according to reviewing procedures.
  • -Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to presenting authors by June 29, 2023.

5. Withdrawal of Abstracts

  • -If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by July 14, 2023, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  • -If you have to withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat (info@isassap.org) in writing as soon as possible.
