③ Abstract Submission Guidelines
- -Free Format for Invited & Symposium speakers
- -All abstracts must be submitted online via the "Online Submission System by May 31, 2023.
- -Abstracts must be written in clear English and presented in English.
- -Abstracts should be no more than 500 words, excluding abstract title and authors.

The title should be concise. |
| Authors and Institution |
All responsible authors should be listed in full names. The degree and position of the authors are not required. |
| Background |
State the main objective of the study or hypothesis tested. |
| Methods |
Briefly describe the design of the study and how it was conducted. |
| Results |
Present the main result(s). The statement of "The study results will be presented" is not acceptable. |
| Conclusions |
State only the conclusion(s) that is (are) directly supported by the results. |
- -Figures can be uploaded.
- -It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
- -Authors have the option of choosing their presentation type. However, the scientific program committee will make the final decision after review.
4. Notification of Acceptance
- -All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee according to reviewing procedures.
- -Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to presenting authors by June 29, 2023.
5. Withdrawal of Abstracts
- -If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by July 14, 2023, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
- -If you have to withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat (info@isassap.org) in writing as soon as possible.
